ASCVD can lead to several different types of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) such as heart attack, stroke, and peripheral arterial disease. Qualified Participants Must:
- Be 40 years of age or older
- Have an established CV disease defined as one of the following: Heart Attack, Stroke, or Symptomatic Peripheral Arterial Disease
- Additional criteria may apply
Qualified Participants May:
- Have access to doctors and medical professionals
- Receive reimbursement for travel and expenses
- Receive access to trial medication
